Ja's Freshly Baked Homemade bread, cakes, and cookies seriously bake by yours truly :) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

CUSTOMIZED CAKE POLICY
1. Order 2 weeks prior to the delivery date.

The earlier the better. RUSH ORDERS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED
2. A 50% down payment is required to confirm your order and the balance of payment can be paid upon pick-up.
3. NO DEPOSIT, NO CONFIRMED ORDER POLICY.
4. Deposits are non-refundable as we begin preparations immediately AND non-transferable.
4. If DELIVERY is requested, the balance of payment shall be made 3 days before the delivery date. We m

ay book motorcycle or car delivery for you depending on the item/s ordered. Sensitive cakes and pastries are advised to be delivered by Car preferably via Grab Car. The delivery fee would depend on the delivery area. Take note: We accept no responsibility for any damage sustained to the cake once it has left the premises and once pick-up by the courier, customer, or any authorized representative.
5. Mode of Payment: G-cash or Security Bank online. Kindly screenshot your payment to confirm your orders.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes and cancellations of orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be provided for orders that are canceled with less than 72 hours' notice. We will retain the 50% initial downpayment of the price of the cake/cupcakes to cover costs incurred to initiate your order (see no. 3).
7. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER - The final date for any order changes (size, flavor, design) is 3 days prior to the event date. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

10. There will be no delivery for 2 tier and above cakes. Pick Up only. OTHER PASTRIES:
1. ALL PASTRIES ARE MADE TO ORDER
2. Order 1 week to 3 days prior to delivery date.
3. Full payment is required to confirm your order. No COD and COP to avoid Bogus Customers.
4. Cancellation of orders shall be made 72 hours before the pick-up/delivery date.
