Introducing: The Breakfast Toasties — our latest flavor dropping at our weekend pop-up this March 21-22!

This was inspired by ’s Honey Butter Toast Croissant cookie.

She is so iconic for this and I’m glad I have her blessing to release this flavor here in the Philippines 🥹

For the PB version, I swapped the croissant for a regular honey butter toasted bread, infused it with yema and used 65% dark chocolate to honour our Filipino products and then topped it with seasalt flakes for balance 🫶🏻

Dropping this at the pop-up this weekend! Don’t miss it 😋

Let’s call it a random drop. Literally. Taking this off the menu FOREVER. The good thing: you can have it.

My reasons — personal. Feel free to screenshot, send to self, to anyone, to a baker starting out, to your momma who wants to try baking, to whoever’s tasted this and was left wondering, “I think I can do that” YES YOU CAN. Am I loosing it? Maybe I am. Is this the only recipe dropping? Guess we’ll find out.

This is the literal Pistachio Krrunch cookie recipe that we sold out at pop-ups so many times. I want it off my mind for good, but maybe some of you still want it.

I would love to learn more on how to make bread yet I do not have all the time in the world— so I just make do with what I can get my hands on from our pantry most of the time. Something quick and easy because I can be impatient lol. Anyway. I’m rambling.

Our crunchy mochi aka Krrunchi is approximately 75grams a piece. I meant it when I said, “priced fairly”. And I didn’t just want to cook marshmallows because where’s the fun in that? Thank goodness for our local chinese delicacies store where we buy mi glutinous rice supply 🧚🏻‍♀️
