Hi there! Yes, finally we'll be back at Mandala Park for Good Food Sundays X Gulay Pa More: Hapag at Himagsik! On November 30, 2025, 8am to 9pm.

Our featured dish, Smoked Sili Ice cream is inspired by our visit to Bicolandia for GPM Sorsogon. We've learned of this traditional Bicolano cooking technique called Tinutungan, which uses burnt coconut shell to impart a smokey flavor to the extracted coconut milk. This was an absolute fun to experiment in the kitchen, and we are proud to say it's also Bicolano approved! 😍

Smokey & spicy, creamy ice cream drizzled with panutsa sili caramel and toasted pili nuts... its HOT and cold and savory-sweet! A delight for your senses!

Hello everyone! It's been a while since we've posted. We've also been absent from our usual pop-ups for many weeks now and have not been able to respond consistently to inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience 🙏 The past rains and floods have affected our operations, and we are also in the process of moving to a new and better location... these series of events have been overwhelming, but we are working to improve and serve you better. Thank you so much for extending your understanding and patience! 🙏

During this transition time, we have been participating in several community activities to continue to deepen our commitment to learning, community care, and doing our part to further our advocacies. We thank you for supporting us and enabling us to do this purposeful work! We miss serving you and can't wait to be back full swing! See you all soon!

Yesterday, we had a glimpse of sunshine at .. Hapag-kwentuhan - sitting down together and discussing the struggles of our rice farmers, and what can we do as a community to protect this important crop that essentially nourishes our nation.

It won't be complete without the lovely merienda spread, made with different varieties of rice. We've only used a handful from the thousands of varieties we have in the Philippines!
We are grateful to collaborate with our friends from and share our Balitanaw Coconut ice cream. Made even more special by Joyce's mix-ins of: purple rice biko crisps, ripe indian mango, bulkan banana croutons, & dalayap zest. She also made a comforting black rice tea with cinnamon & pandan. ✨️

It's this kind of community where we can learn and be nourished, and fight for justice is the kind that gives us hope that we will have a better country in the near future. 🩵 thank you for being our community 🫶

For tomorrow 's special, we're serving a harana of filipino flavors you'll surely love!
We've been tinkering around the kitchen, inspired by the lovely tamarillos from Bauko, Mt. Province (thanks farmers 😘). Tamarillo dream.... Slowly poached tamarillo in kalingag & roselle concentrate, with vanilla coconut ice cream, and our local twist on granola made with toasted pinipig, coconut flakes, nuts & coconut sugar (a naturally gluten-free treat!)

Part of the reason we love summer is because of all the fruits in season!! 🤩
We're so excited to share this best-selling flavor again with all of you! Lipote is a small round berries endemic to the Philippines. Its sour-sweet taste is uniquely delicious and pairs well with our "cheesecake" base made with cashews 🩵
