Rates: 4k for 2 bedroom City View Unit
*Reservation 1k (non refundable, but you may request to reschedule if Incase you decide not to push through with your preferred dates. This will be used to secure your preferred check in dates,will be deducted from 4k upon check in)
Security deposit: 2k (guests are required to provide security deposit for any damages, loss, incidentals, this Amount is refundable upon check out given that there are no problems in the unit upon checking out)
