MC has been around since 2015, and if you had asked me back then what I'd be selling years later, bread probably would have been my last answer.

Truth is, I was intimidated by bread. It felt technical, time-consuming, and far outside my comfort zone.

It all started because I simply wanted to bake a loaf for my husbandโ€”something made without preservatives or refined sugar that we could enjoy at home. I wasn't thinking about adding bread to the menu. I just wanted a better everyday loaf for our table.

But somewhere along the way, curiosity slowly replaced fear. One loaf became another, and before I knew it, I found myself looking forward to early mornings, proofing dough, and learning something new with every bake.

Focaccia wasn't part of the original plan for MCโ€”but sometimes the best things aren't.

Every loaf has a story before it ever has a price. This one just happened to begin at our own table ๐Ÿ–ค

Looking back, I realise this was never just about bread. It was God quietly leading me, one loaf at a time โœจ๏ธ
