That was exactly what we hoped for when we created our Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies with Maldon Sea Salt Flakes. We wanted to make the kind of cookie we would gladly keep in our own home, rich in dark chocolate, balanced in sweetness, soft in the center, golden at the edges, and finished with a touch of sea salt that keeps every bite interesting. It took years of testing to get them just right, and the recipe has been a favorite ever since.
These cookies became one of our bestsellers during the pandemic and found their way into many homes at a time when small comforts meant so much. Since then, they have stayed close to many of our clients and continue to be one of our most requested favorites.
