it’s been hard to bake since losing mom. she was always sitting across me while i baked kukis for you and your loved ones, and having her with me helped me a lot to bake with love. not a lot know this but i started kuki suki because of her. i wanted to keep her company downstairs (i used to do a lot of work on my laptop and had no reason to be in the kitchen) and i wanted to share the idea of sending kuki surprises to your family and friends even on an ordinary day because i knew with mom being sick that each day counts.

i still want to bake for you. i will throw the love i can’t give my mom to the people i still have, and that includes you and also the people you love. for now i’ll be accepting kuki orders throughout the week, but all for pick up only on saturdays for now 🌟

thank you for sticking around, for still making me bake for you and your loved ones, for listening. please hug your mom today, and tell her how much you love her. 🤎

i’m not gonna lie though my goal from the get-go was to be the #1 cookie in metro manila so we’re constantly improving the dough and our techniques and sourcing better, fresher ingredients. thank you for giving our kukis a chance, giving us honest feedback and growing with us 💕 excited to see how our kukis and friendship will evolve through the months and years to come!

ahhh first kuki suki barter ever! which my friend says is the trade of the future and i totally agree 😜 so i'm beyooond happy to get to do this first trade with him and his brand ✨ i sent a half dozen kukis his way, and he sent these party-in-your-mouth small batch hummus and just the absoluuuute BEST pita breads in return. TOO GOOD. TOOO GOOOD.

also, disclaimer: these are super raw videos, very impulsive too so forgive me for the towel on my head lol. i'll work on improving the quality of these videos as i do more barters! but what won't change are my genuine reactions to the food i get the privilege to try, all lovingly made by my friends 🤗
