How do I add goodies to my repertoire? Mostly I think of what I want that is something different from existing items in my niche market. Sometimes clients ask if I can make treats tailored to their dietary requirements. This involves lots of R&D. I add items to my list only if they pass muster with my taste testers who have discriminating palates. Mediocrity is not in my vocabulary.

These gluten-free coffee cupcakes were a request from a mom who’s looking for school “baon” that caters to her son’s dietary needs. Fortunately M._ loved the cupcakes. And that’s all that matters. Thank you mommy J._ ! Your trust and support means a lot.
