Memories Made Out of Esther's ❤️
One of our customers once shared a story that touched our hearts.

The cycle of abuse is not always obvious.

It often starts with tension, followed by harmful behaviour, then apologies, promises, and a period where things seem calm again. This pattern can repeat for months or even years, making it difficult for people to recognise what is happening or leave safely.

Many survivors stay because they hope things will change. Many feel confused, blamed, isolated, or trapped. Understanding the cycle is one of the first steps towards recognising abuse and seeking support.
