Cusina ni Marge is located in Barangay Tejeros, and we—the owners—were born and raised in this very same barangay. When we heard the news about the fire in Batute / D. Gomez, our hearts were truly shattered.
This tragic incident has affected more than 400 families and resulted in multiple casualties. As neighbors and members of this community, we want to help in the best way we can.
Cusina ni Marge would like to extend help to the affected families. We are opening our kitchen to those who want to help but may not have the time, resources, or ability to cook. Through this effort, your donations can be turned directly into hot meals for the victims of the fire.
We will cook the meals and personally deliver them to the evacuation areas—no additional fees for gas or transportation.
We are accepting ingredient donations for any ulam or meal, such as:
• Rice
• Vegetables
• Meat, poultry, or fish
• Canned goods
• Cooking essentials (oil, spices, etc.)
All donated ingredients will be used to prepare meals for the families affected by the fire.
