Royal Bibingka also known as Bibingka Ilocano or Vigan Bibingka, is a native delicacy originated from Vigan, Ilocos Sur. It is a variety of Filipino rice cake made with glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, sugar and eggs. It is sticky, dense and mildly sweet. Royal bibingka is traditionally served on holidays.
