Here’s a preview of the matcha powders + milk we use to create your favorites at Whisk. We carefully choose each matcha depending on the flavor profile we want in your cup from smooth and easy-drinking to richer, more umami-forward bowls.

Our default milk is Oatside Barista Blend for that creamy, naturally mellow finish, while our Coconut Matcha is made with coconut milk for an extra tropical, velvety sip.

For the matcha lineup:

🌿 MIYABI — House Matcha
Smooth • Creamy • Balanced
Our everyday matcha with a mellow vegetal character, gentle umami, and a clean finish. Easy to enjoy and pairs beautifully with milk.

🌿 NATSUME — Premium Matcha
Rich • Umami • Full-bodied
A more elevated matcha experience with deeper green tea character, fuller umami, and a smooth lingering finish. Perfect when you want the matcha to really shine.
