To our dear customers:

We apologize for the delays in deliveries and we were unable to reply to some of your messages. Our internet service provider, Converge ICT Solutions Inc. . One of the so called "best" internet providers but in reality the WORST. Was down for ANOTHER consecutive day. They're really consistent with their so called "good service and connection speed".

With that, we were left with no means of stable internet connection. Really hoping that they'd live up to their hashtag of , because for us and I'm sure other people who have school, business or work relying on Converge, we have
