That’s your body telling you na hindi lang physical rest ang kailangan—pati mental reset.
As an OT, importante din yung intentional relaxation—hindi yung pahinga na may kasamang guilt.
Hindi mo kailangan maghintay ma-burnout bago mag-slow down.
Kahit small moments lang to breathe, pause, and reset—malaking tulong na.
