That’s your body telling you na hindi lang physical rest ang kailangan—pati mental reset.

As an OT, importante din yung intentional relaxation—hindi yung pahinga na may kasamang guilt.

Hindi mo kailangan maghintay ma-burnout bago mag-slow down.
Kahit small moments lang to breathe, pause, and reset—malaking tulong na.

Minsan akala natin pagod lang ang katawan, pero pati mind natin kailangan din ng pahinga. Simple breathing exercises can help reduce stress, improve focus, at i-relax ang buong katawan.

Minsan ang kailangan lang talaga ng katawan at utak natin… lumabas at maglakad sa nature. 🌿🥾

Sa video na ito ng Everyday OT with Henry, pag-uusapan natin kung paano nakakatulong ang grounding at hiking sa katawan natin—mula sa pag-improve ng balance, body awareness, hanggang sa pag-reduce ng stress.

Hindi kailangan laging complicated ang therapy.

Before ka mag-self-diagnose, try this simple shoulder pain self-test 💪

Swipe through the carousel and check:
✔️ Saan sumasakit?
✔️ Kailan sumasakit?
✔️ Anong movements ang limited?

Minsan ang shoulder pain pwedeng galing sa muscles, joints, or posture mo sa work (hello sa mga laging naka-computer 👩‍💻👨‍💻).

Awareness is the first step to recovery.

Ang sakit, signal ‘yan ng katawan mo.

Kung gusto mo talagang gumaling —
kailangan tama ang galaw, hindi mas agresibo.
