HISTORY:
Marikina Bakery is a family owned small-scale bakery business based in San Roque, Marikina that sells Filipino traditional freshly baked bread; with pandesal, monay, spanish bread and sliced loaves as their specialty. A married couple from Batangas put up Marikina Bakery 1 in the year 1950, making them one of the pioneer bakeries in the city. When the children finished college and had the
ir own families, each put up their own branches (total of 5 branches) in different towns of Marikina, carrying the brand Marikina Bakery. Slowly the other branches (3 branches) shut down, leaving Marikina Bakery 1 and MB5 the only two branches operating today. VISION:
To make Marikina Bakery a landmark in Marikina by putting up other branches in other towns, and put up a bakery café where people will be able to dine in and relax. Marikina Bakery will become a mandatory stop over to everyone who visits the city; and let people outside the city have a taste of Marikina. MISSION:
To add identity and uplift the culture of Marikina thru the products we make and thru our hospitable and wonderful service. Paz Street, Sta Elena, Marikina City
