Haller ka-Bakerists! Re-posting video by Chef Mary Joy of Crazy Oven By Joy about OPENING THE OVEN while baking CHIFFON CAKE.

🎂True, chiffon doesn't deflate if it was made right. Tamang cut and fold, not over mixed and tamang percentage ng ingredients ba.

🥵 Second, naka commercial oven po si Chef and I think that's one big factor kasi maraming areas ng source of heat, commercial ovens are made heavy duty - solid talaga ang heat distribution and consistency nito sa loob. Kung try nyo maglagay ng Brazo jan kahit sa pang ilang open na nya, baka biglang masunog agad yung meringue in 5mins (Diba Chef Klin's Sweets by Che )😅😂😅😂.

🍫 Pero for Chiffon lang po ito true. Sa moist chocolate cake, di rin ako nagta-try to open the door kasi feeling ko (feeling lang kasi di ko pa nga na try maka open) mag back to zero ang heat nya and instead na maging moist sya, babagsak yung gitna kasi ma vacuum ba yung moisture nya. (Hala lumalabas na yung 1/4 nang dugo ko , Ilonggo na ang accent ko uy, nahawa bigla kay Chef) 🤪🤪🤪
