𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗥𝗢𝗠, 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘 🙌

On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 10, 2026, our 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗖 𝗜𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 stepped into a different kind of classroom—one where learning happens through observation, movement, teamwork, and the rhythm of an actual workplace.

Through their Job Shadowing Experience at 𝗠𝗰𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗱𝘀-𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗼𝗱, 𝗜𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 , our trainees were given a closer look at what it means to bring their skills into a professional setting. More than simply seeing how things are done, they were given a glimpse of the discipline, pace, and standards that come with the industry they are preparing to enter.

Experiences like this remind us that training does not end when the classroom door closes. Sometimes, the most meaningful lessons begin when we step outside it.

Your dedication, perseverance, and active participation throughout the training have truly made this journey meaningful.
