For Directors Eric, Vandolph, and Epi Quizon, it all began with their father, the beloved King of Comedy, Sir Dolphy. They fondly remember his tradition of buying breads and pastries from local shops for every family gathering. This cherished memory sparked an
idea—not just to open a bakeshop, but one that would reflect Sir Dolphy's identity as the "Man of the Masses." The core goal was simple: to make high-quality, delicious breads and pastries affordable for everyone. From this heartfelt beginning, Pidol's Bakeshop has grown to multiple depots and stores nationwide. We are proud to expand our brand, fulfilling the promise to bring both quality and affordability to every Filipino table.
