Marlene Monfort Pastries Chef Marlene Monfort has a creative talent and passion for baking. She began her culinary career getting her first kitchen aid mixer at seven.

She went on to graduate with honors in Patisserie and Baking at the Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California in 2005. She is now back to her roots to share Negrense food prepared with a delicious international twist. Her delicacies are pleasing to the palate and each of her creations is an edible work of art.
