🍽️ Simulation Activity at Amang Cafe 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Students from the CHTM Catering Class conducted their simulation activity today at Amang Cafe, where they practiced real-life catering operations. From food preparation and plating to proper table setup and customer service, the students demonstrated their skills and teamwork in a professional setting.

Activities like this help future hospitality professionals gain hands-on experience and confidence in delivering quality food and service. We are proud to support learning opportunities for our aspiring chefs and hospitality leaders.

An indication of CHTM’s continued pursuit of academic excellence, its Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) program has recently received a Level 4 accreditation from the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc.

Many celebrities have diversified their income streams into the hospitality industry.
