A cm laude graduate of Food Technology at the University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City. Pat is presently homeschooling her 2 boys and at the same time loves cooking and baking. ng, and cooking is done in the kitchen; thus, the brand name was born and derived from the old nursery rhyme "Pat-a-Cake":

Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker's man,
