Who is Laurent’s Confectionery?

I have always felt that ‘passion’ is a strong word. It was through my desire to learn more that my passion for interior design began to influence my love for baking. Being an interior designer goes far beyond being a lover of beautiful things, it’s the feeling I get from being in a well-designed space. I truly believe that with good design, any space has the potential to create a sense of calmness, happiness and contentment. Similar with the sense of accomplishment and pride that I feel when a cake is perfectly made. I’m amazed with the idea that something as simple as a cake can bring people together.

I consider baking as the best bonding time with my daughter, Khloe Laurent which has been the founding moment of ‘Laurent’s Confectionery’.
