My Inspiration
I always admired my mom when I saw her baking in our humble kitchen. We didn’t have any oven but I was amazed on how she makes delicious cakes for the family to share. That little girl in me wanted to emulate my mom. I learned how to bake and gladly found my way to make more through experience and dedication. I went on training to hone my skills and I believe that I will continue to be the best of what I can be. Hurdles and challenges will not back me down because I am reminded that if my mom can bake a cake without an oven, I can make a cake that is challenging too.
