The main reason why we only use REAL BUTTER...

Butter is in our Caution List but it can be included in your healthy meals in moderation.
If you must, make sure you use REAL BUTTER. If you can find grass-fed ones, then that is much better.
Don’t get fooled.
Remember, if the name has extras on it other than butter, like buttercream, butterlicious, buttermilk, butter compound, butter blend, etc - IT IS NOT REAL BUTTER! That’s just margarine made from toxic vegetable oil pretending to be one. 😊
The low cost of MARGARINE is not worth the inflammation and damage it can do to your system.
Those are the kinds of processed, hydrogenated, toxic fats that can clog your arteries, not because of their fatty consistency per se, but the INFLAMMATION it induces and the injury that follows after.

ADDENDUM:
1. These are NOT the only ones in the market. Other brands are REAL BUTTER too. Kindly double check the labels when buying next time.
2. If BUTTER is too expensive, then don’t buy it. You can use coconut oil as alternative or none at all.
3. It has 1:1.5 ratio with Omega 6:Omega 3, so you are not just actually eating yummy but getting your daily dose of essential fats too.
4. Afraid of butter? So, dont eat it. Get your healthy fats from fish instead. ☺️
