PTPA...this is about kay Ate Girl ranting sa mahal na cake...😁 this is not a rant...

Siguro ndi lang aware si Ate, kahit naman ako nung bago bago palang kami at inaaral palang ang mga presyo ang tingin ko sa Homebake versus popular bakeshop...parang Local Shoes versus Nike, Adidas...

Nun bago palang ako lagi ko din kino-compare, papano kami makakabenta kung mas mahal pa kami sa popular brand. Ang thinking ko paurong, na dahil homebaker "LANG" kami kaya mas mura dapat. Pero mali ako ng akala, kaya pala kahit anong compute ko ndi ko talaga matapatan ang presyo nila...huli ko na naisip na ang mga popular bakeshop, pre mix na, meaning kung baker ka dun, salang ka nalang ng salang...mas mura ingredients nila dahil bultuhan sila mamili compare sa gaya namin na kapag may nagorder dun palang bibili ingredients, patingi tingi kung magkano lang kaya ng budget.

Late ko na narealize nun nakita ko mismo pano magpuyat, pano tumulo ang pawis sa pagmamasa...partida pa yan, ndi pa ko gumagawa ng full fondant. Pano pa kung covered lahat, that's the reason bakit ayaw namin ng full fondant, bukod sa nakakapagod syang gawin, matagal, mabusisi, lalaki muscle mo kakamasa. Kasi customized kasi sya. Subukan mong bumili ng customized cake sa popular bakeshop malulula ka sa presyo...ndi pa all edible yun ha, ndi pa din full fondant.

Masasabi ko ang pinagkaiba talaga ng popular versus homebaker...Puso...Concern...Dedication...Customers satisfaction...AT HAPPINESS NG CUSTOMER.

Sa popular bakeshop, pag labas mo ng shop nila, bahala ka na sa buhay mo...kami hindi natatapos ang pagaalala hanggat ndi kami nakakasiguro na nakarating ng ligtas ang cake, hangat hindi namin nalalaman kung nasarapan ba si customer. Kapag nalaman namin na na-appreciate ni Customer ang gawa namin...dun palang namin masasabi, transaction over.

Please support homebaker...it's not just a job...this is our life.
