Description: Hans’ strawberry shortcake is out of the typical–filled with strawberries, frozen strawberry diplomat cream, guarded by mounds of almond cream cheese chantilly, and sandwiched in between fluffy vanilla chiffon. The top is decorated with almond cream cheese chantilly and more strawberries. This cake is indeed a strawberry wonderland!
