Apple Cranberry Pie for NYE 2021 and NYD 2022 🍏🍒🍎
There is something so comforting about Pie 🥰 Plus my son LOVES Apple Pie and since he's finally home for the holidays I'm spoiling him with all his favorites 😘 Instead of lenon juice I used Saint C Calamansi juice and a hint of orange zest for extra flavor 😋 I hope you all have had a wonderful holiday season so far and I pray that we are blessed with a better new year 🙏 Sending out love and positive vibes to all 🌟 Stay safe and Happy New Year guys! 🎉🎊🎉

It's a and I'm wishing I had some of my classic Tiramisu 😍 This is my favorite dessert of all time! Luscious creamy zabaglione and mascarpone with Amaretto, espresso, savoirdi biscuits and cocoa 😘 Life is ultimately so much sweeter with Tiramisu 🥰 Hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! 🍂🇨🇦🍁 Here's my Maple Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake to celebrate cause yes, that's what us Canucks are most famous for eh?! 😉 It's even on our flag! ❤️
Seriously though, this was delicious and the perfect ending to our very scrumptious meal which consisted of Roast Angus Beef Belly, Baked Maple Salmon, Veggies and Angus Beef Rice 😘 I'll post pictures of that meal in my Stories.
Canada is famous for its Maple syrup, Alberta Beef and Salmon 💯 So that's the theme we went with! Sorta like a surf and turf Canadian style 😅
This Thanksgiving I'm grateful for having survived COVID a few months ago, thankful my mom didn't get it and blessed that I finally got fully jabbed 🙏 I'm honestly just so lucky to be alive and surviving with all the craziness the past couple of years have thrown at me! My mental health has struggled but I'm still here fighting the good fight 💪 I wish and hope for good health, emotional wellness and financial stability for all of you ✨ Happy Thanksgiving and Goodnight guys 🌟

Deliciously sweet and Tart fruits atop Chantilly Cream that sits over a Genoise cake drowned in three kinds of milk 😍 I've always said that this is like eating a dreamy summery cloud 🥰
Baked this for an order. Second Pic is what it looks like in the tray it comes in. No scrimping on fruits or cream. Fully loaded, lush and worth every calorie 😘 Happy Sunny Sunday guys!

Would you just look at those lovely ripples and swirls?! 😍 My latest creation, a Dalgona Bailey's Tiramisu Tres Leches Cake 🥰 Luscious mouthfuls of Chantilly cream, Mascarpone and Dalgona Coffee over a Genoise cake drenched in Bailey's Irish Cream, Espresso Coffee and three kinds of milk 😘 What, pray tell is better than this?! A Brownie A Day Keeps The Frownies Away 😁
My Fudge Brownies with Cacao Nibs chase away whatever blues you have 🥰 They are rich, decadent and melt in your mouth. Truly delectable 😘 Can you see how moist and loaded with chocolate they are?! 😍 I've been offering this treat for many many years now and I've been thinking of tinkering with the recipe and giving them an upgrade. There is always room for improvement or maybe even a new variety to add to my menu, don't you think? Happy Thursday guys ❤️

It's a cool rainy day and I am going to take full advantage of it later and give myself a long afternoon break after the especially hectic day I had yesterday. That means Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies, Netflix, Popcorn & Chill 🍪🎥🍿😴 These cookies in particular are the big soft ones sprinkled with sea salt 👌😋❤️ Playing around with recipes again for this cookie staple and having way too much fun doing it! 💯 Stay safe and dry guys 🙏

Life Is Infinitely Delicious 😋🤤😋
Last night's celebratory dinner from 🥳 Barley Soup and Zwiebelsuppe (German Onion Soup) to start. Zurich Geschnetzeltes with Roesti Potatoes and Herb Rack Of Lamb with Rosmarin Potatoes as our mains. Then my Fudge Brownies with Cacao Nibs for dessert. I think we did good don't you? 👌
Every single dish from Old Swiss Inn was delicious and satisfying 💯 I've missed their food so much! Especially the Barley Soup 😘 Everything came so well packaged and beautifully presented in their take out containers 😍 I love how they've adjusted to the times and was so pleasantly surprised with how perfectly the food held up even after delivery and reheating 🥰
We zapped everything in the microwave and it still came out amazing especially the Lamb! Unbelievable but it was still medium rare! 🙌 That means they've adjusted the cooking time and perfected the art of take out food 👏 Bravo Guys! Five stars 🌟
As usual their food was a gorgeous symphony of classic flavors ❤️ It truly made our engagement anniversary dinner memorable and oh so very happy 🙏 Thank you so much Old Swiss Inn! You've always been one of our favorite restaurants (even when I was a kid!) 🤩 Let's keep supporting our F&B industry through these hard times! Order today! 😊
