More than just your favorite foccas, there’s gonna be soup and sweet things, a pretty little studio to eat at (thank you, .ph 🥹), and some merch from friends!

If you want, I can even bake your focaccias in front of you, so you can smell what I smell when you guys order. Maybe you’ll go just as crazy as I do. 😛

A bird’s-eye view: triple garlic focca 🧄✨

The confit garlic used has transformed; now stewed with peppercorns, salt, thyme, and rosemary, the garlic and olive oil have taken on more flavors and aromas and WOW is this a show-stopping recipe. 💥

Not seen is the garlic onion jam, which I am going to change (onions are still unreasonably costly). But you know what, this just means we’re doubling down on that garlic, making this a true Triple Garlic Focca.

The Ca****fo é Pepe (Artichokes and Pepper) is filled with spinach, artichokes, and cheeses to guarantee you ultra-satisfying, melty bites each time you take a piece 💥 Topping it off is that peppered, golden crust from the parmesan and monterey jack (plus some hidden garlic confit spread underneath it all). Fat Focca’s Focazza is stuffed with cheddar, mozzarella, and a slightly spicy homemade marinara. It’s topped with it too, along with some classic pepperoni 🍕 if we can double down on the good stuff, why shouldn’t we?? 😜

This Triple Garlic Focca is filled with a sweet balsamic onion + garlic jam and topped with tender roasted garlic, garlic chips, and finished with more garlic olive oil, salt, and rosemary. Smells incredible, I tell ya 🌿🤤😫
