Gaie's Bakeshop is a dream come true for me.

I learned and started baking in 2015 as a hobby. YouTube and Pinterest were my training ground. And it took me 5 years, May 25,2020, to finally have the courage to sell my home-baked goods.

One year and nine months with all your support and love made me/us dream bigger. It was a wonderful journey with all of you, from Makati to Cavite to Paranaque. I was able to make new friends and rekindle friendships, both online and offline.

And today, February 04,2022, I would like to make an important announcement that Gaie's Bakeshop will be taking a PAUSE for some months. But the desire to have a real bakeshop and cafe is still in my heart. That's why we will definitely keep on PRAYing for this dream while PREPAREing and equipping ourselves to learn more about baking pastries, making sandwiches and pizzas, as well as making coffee and other drinks. And hopefully and prayerfully, Gaie's Bakeshop will come back anytime soon with more POWER to be able to serve you all again.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this journey. Let's keep on dreaming BIG because God put a dream in our hearts for a reason.

Even when we, Gaie's Bakeshop, will be closed until the situation gets better, we assure you that we will use this time effectively and meaningfully to improve our skills and our menu.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Due to the influx of orders this month of December, we are taking a break from today, December 28,2021 until the 3rd week of January 2022.

We will resume on January 20, 2022 to spend time with our families and rest.

We are so sorry for all the orders that we could no longer accommodate.

We highly appreciate your understanding and consideration.

We are pleased to announce that this month is already FULLY BOOKED!

Thank you so much for your overwhelming support and love for the past two months!

These months of November and December 2021 were two of the highest grossing sales since we started.

And because of that, we decided to give 30% of the total sales to the affected families of the Typhoon Odette.

Again from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being a blessing to extend help to our fellow Filipinos.
