ThankU to all of our friends who supported Nanay Epang's bakeshop from Nov 2014 to Oct 2015. Edd has most lovingly dedicated the bakeshop to Nanay Epang +Josefa de Leon Aragon, together with the renovations he made to the home he fondly grew up in. Edd retired in Oct 2013 after 35 years in Australia with his spouse of 14 years, Menchie Maneze.

On 13 Oct 2015, Edd's spirit departed from his body. He left a huge hole in the community and many fond memories..

Nanay Epang's bakeshop has since closed.
ThankU Edd for sharing your joy and generosity to the Tramo community. You are sadly missed and forever remembered.

ThankU for your vote of confidence, for your page likes dear mates. It's nice to wake up early (4am!) and greet the morning and the people in the neighbourhood with the sweet scent of our Pinoy Classic Bread sprinkled with malunggay... We missed this bread the last many years while in Australia. Now indeed, we are home.
