Ensaymanny Bakeshop
From humble beginnings to a growing dream, Ensaymanny is a homegrown bakery built on passion, perseverance, and a commitment to quality. Founded by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Manny and Irene Villanueva, the business started with customized cakes and has grown into a brand offering soft, flavorful, and affordable breads for Filipino families.
The name “Ensaymanny” was inspired by Manny’s love for baking, while Irene helped turn their shared dream into a growing enterprise. Without formal training in baking, the couple relied on hands-on experience, continuous learning, practice, and customer feedback to perfect their recipes and overcome the challenges of running a small business.
From customized cakes, Ensaymanny expanded into a variety of breads, participated in local bazaars and government trade fairs, and reached more communities across Pampanga. Its mission is to provide luxurious-quality breads at affordable prices while building a trusted Filipino bakeshop known for quality, consistency, and heart.
With the guidance and support of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), particularly through programs such as Kapatid Mentor ME (KMME), Ensaymanny continues to strengthen its business, improve its products, and reach more customers. As the couple dreams of expanding nationwide and creating meaningful employment opportunities, every bread remains baked with passion, made with purpose, and shared with love—“Taste it, to believe it.”
