NOTICE:
It’s been a little over a decade since I started sharing my baked goodies to the community. Grateful for the many who truly loved our products and became instant patrons. With great sadness though, that today until further notice, we will not be accepting orders, to give myself the much needed health break. Thank you and best regards.

To our valued customers,

Many are asking if I still accept cake orders since I rarely post or advertise the past months. I do bake and accept cake orders but mainly depending on my free time. Apologies to those whose orders I have to turn down because there’s a conflict in my schedule.

Also, and for everyone’s info, another reason of my hesitation to accept orders is due to the price and supply of the cocoa powder I use. From less than P400 in 2022, a kg of Bensdorp cocoa powder is now reaching P1000 (see photo: CTTO). Not to mention additional shipping cost as sadly, baking stores in my area has stopped selling this brand. The other brands I have tried are either not at par in quality or more expensive.

I have yet to decide if I will adjust price of products or just remove the chocolate cake from my menu or ultimately not accept cake orders anymore.

Please bear with me as I ponder on this major decision. Thank you for understanding.

Updated Menu:

1. Bittersweet Chocolate Cake
- A double layer of devil’s food cake with a rich decadent bittersweet chocolate buttercream frosting.

Regular size (9 inches in diameter): P1400
Mini size (6 inches in diameter): P750

2. CarrotWalnut Cake
- Dense sweet spice carrot cake. Walnuts provide a nice texture against the cake’s crumb. Layered with cream cheese frosting, each bite will melt in your mouth.

Mini size: P950

3. Choco Ganache Cake
- Classic chocolate cake covered with silky, creamy, a bit-dark chocolate ganache.
* Baker’s favorite

Mini size: P800

4. Red Velvet Cake
- Deliciously moist and flavorful 2-layer cake with luscious cream cheese frosting complemented by the cocoa powder dust.
* Best-loved cake

Mini size: P800

Notes:
* each cake order comes with a birthday candle
* requested piped dedication and/or design will be charged extra and will also depend on the availability of the cake artist
* pick up time must be strictly followed

Please note that we will only be accepting 3 cakes for December 23 pick up and another 3 for December 24.
