We could have simply continued offering Lola Helenโ€™s classic kalamay flavorsโ€ฆ but we wanted something we could proudly call our own โ€” a specialty made with heart.

Back in ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘, we realized there was no Biko Yema being offered here in Limay. So we challenged ourselves to create one. We worked hard to perfect a recipe that would suit not only our taste, but yours too.
At first, many thought it would be too sweet because of the yema toppingโ€ฆ but surprise! ๐Ÿ˜‰ We carefully balanced the flavors to make it just right โ€” creamy, rich, and enjoyable for all ages.

Fast forward to today, and our Biko Yema has become one of the most requested treats. Seeing you look for it every week truly means the world to us. ๐Ÿฅฐ We canโ€™t thank you enough for the love and support!
