My humble version of the trending Pistachio cake online: Pistachio Decadence Cake

I don't put rose petals like in other cake shops like Contis or Czaczacza cafe, it can have pesticides on it unless the rose plant is organically grown. You can still have a nice cake without rose petals.

4 layers of Melts in the mouth moist Chocolate cake filled with Special Pistachio Pastry Cream and Kitaifi Crunch, frosted with Dark Chocolate Fudge frosting (not Ganache) and topped with Pistachio Sauce and oven roasted pistachio nuts. No artifical Pistachio flavoring is used similar of vanilla extracts. Only pure pistachios.

This cake costs high because of the ingredients used.

Kitaifi is very common in Arabic pastries. Used in Kunafa and several arabic sweets usually served during Ramadan and special occasions like weddings.
