• Filipino 25-61 years old
• Employed with at least 3 months working tenure
• Monthly Net salary of Php 7,000 and up
• Has personal mobile phone and landline in the office
REQUIREMENTS
• ATM Card (Payroll)
• 1 VALID government-issued ID + Company ID
• Original Certificate of Employment
• Original one (1) payslip from 2 recent months or BIR2316
• For commission-based employees, must submit two (2) consecutive payslips from recent month/s
