Go ahead, Google why sourdough is a good alternative to conventional bread. We use absolutely no commercial yeast in our recipe. The only base ingredients are good flour, water, salt and time. Depending on our mood, we may add some cool stuff like nuts or seeds, maybe next time even cheese or chocolate. Artisanal. Moody. Available upon request, but know thatbwe really only bake on weekends and this takes 2 days to make.

By default, we send our baked goods in a simple brown bag. Should you want to ‘upgrade’ your order, you may add Php 70 pesos for a special gift box. Our gift box is a reusable banig box handmade by a group of makers from Luisiana, Laguna. Limited stocks.

Our take on the Ube Cheese Pandesal, this best-seller is what our daughter dearly calls the Purple Tinapay. With a good balance of that delicate sweet ube flavor, paired with some melty cheese, this is a hit for adults and kids alike. Available every 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. Some random slots may be opened via IG stories, so please stay tuned.

By default, we send our baked goods in a simple brown bag. We try our best not to add to the plastic pollution. Should you want to ‘upgrade’ your order, you may add Php 70 pesos for a gift box.
