Jan 24 is the first bake day— following the rest of the schedule.

February 1 (Sunday)

Our bake day falls every Saturday, Sunday and Monday only as we do canteen concessionaire from Tuesday till Friday.

At The Bread Lane, we thought we were just baking and satisfying every Ube Cheese Pandesal craving but this message from our long-time regular customer, hits me to the core. And now
made me re-think of life lately with 2025 being an extra challenge ♥️

A well-deserve tap on our shoulders because we did not just create a sale— the relationship that we built over the years of baking and cooking after every transaction is something we could never trade for anything in the world, to not just one customer but numbers we could no longer track, these random
people who supported us all the way, those that we do not even know personally. Referrals after referrals because they believed and they trusted 💯

We continued baking because someone out there kept reminding us not to give up and the many life teachings along with every bread that comes out of that oven… It was indeed not just a bread but a reminder of hope, strength and courage. This was a promise for sure, after a month long break, we will always be here, baking ONE bread at a time 💖

To my little team, I am beyond proud, we survived and I know we will survive even more together as one team, always 🥰
