2. Purchase three (3) items from any Original Cake participating outlets with one single receipt for the customer to join in the lucky draw
3. The following customer’s receipt will serve as their lucky draw coupon. They will indicate the following contact informations at the back of the receipt such as:

- Mobile Number/s and Landline:
- Date of Birth:
- Email Address:
- Signature:
4. The receipt with the complete information indicated at the back will then place inside the draw box. Drop the coupon in the drop box located in all participating Original Cake outlets.
