Thank you so much for writing this incredibly heartfelt review. You have no idea how much it means to us. I’ve been walking on eggshells with our ensaymadas, honestly. 😂

We know we can’t compete with the local panaderya on price—there’s simply no way we can make a soft, buttery, generous, premium ensaymada and sell it at the same price point. And I completely get that.

At the same time, our community is understandably crazy over anything franchised, and sometimes I find myself wishing we were in a community that appreciates a really special ensaymada—one that Manila would probably thank us for at this price point. 🥹

So reviews like yours? They remind us that there are people who notice, appreciate, and understand exactly what we’re trying to make.

Our Alcapone, slathered in delicious white chocolate, then generously rained with layers upon layers of roasted almonds.

We select only the best ingredients and bake in small batches to create a truly indulgent, premium ensaymada—soft, buttery, nutty, and unmistakably Tita Kit’s.
