Position: Baker / Kitchen Assistant
KAVEN BAKED is looking for a KNOWLEDGEABLE, RESPECTFUL, dependable, and hardworking team member to join us!
This role is both baking and assisting with the preparation and cooking of our food menu. Weโre looking for someone who is comfortable working with both baked products and savory dishes.
๐ฒ๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
* Prepare and bake cookies, bread, pastries, and other baked products.
* Assist in preparing and cooking items from our food menu.
* Prepare ingredients and follow recipes and proper kitchen procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
* Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving deliveries.
* Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
๐ธ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
* Knowledge and experience in baking is a MUST.
* Cooking skills and experience in food preparation.
* Familiar with baking techniques, recipes, and kitchen equipment.
* Organized and able to manage inventory and supplies.
* Good work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Respectful, dependable, and able to work well with a team.
* Able to take initiative and handle multiple tasks.
* Honest and discreet when handling business information, recipes, and procedures.
Willing to work full-time, shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and render additional hours when needed, with appropriate compensation.
