1. Classic Marble Cake

Ingredients
• 2 cups All-purpose Flour
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
• 3 Eggs
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one by one, then vanilla.
4. Mix flour and baking powder; add alternately with milk.
5. Divide batter into two bowls.
6. Mix cocoa powder into one bowl.
7. Pour vanilla and chocolate batter alternately into pan.
8. Swirl gently with a knife.
9. Bake 40–45 minutes. Cool before slicing.

2. Chocolate Marble Loaf Cake

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups Flour
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line loaf pan.
2. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.
3. Add oil, sour cream, and vanilla.
4. Fold in flour and baking powder.
5. Divide batter; mix cocoa into one part.
6. Layer batters and swirl.
7. Bake 45 minutes.

• 2 1/4 cups Flour
• 1 1/2 cups Sugar

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease bundt pan well.

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line cupcake tray.
