When your mother-in-law turns 75, you bake with love—and a little tropical flair!

This 6” tall mocha cake with caramel filling was wrapped in white chocolate and tropical icing sheet prints, then finished with bold gumpaste hibiscus blooms to bring out that island glow.
We paired it with custom mocha cupcakes topped with fondant and wafer prints personalised with her name.
