"Merry Christmas, Kevin."

Yes, Christmas Season is just around the corner. Aside from the nostalgia brought by the music, I am sharing you my Christmas Set-up last year.
All the Poinsettias, Pine Cones, and Berries were Handcrafted from sugar.

The 5-Piece candle were all Edible French Vanilla Butter cakes finished with White Chocolate ganache. Drips were also created using the ganache to resemble the melting wax.

"The Beginning"

Sharing you a glimpse of the work behind the scenes in creating the Gumpaste Poppies.

So here's a video of creating the centers. It doesn't just end with using the silicone mold. Human touch is also needed to make the details pop-out more.

Our piece "Spring Luminesecence" has been featured by Peotraco Food Inc. ☺️

Here's my piece for Peotraco's Bloomfest 2026.
Flowers and foliage all handcrafted from sugar.

This piece is more than just a floral wreath. I accepted this opportunity for a few reasons--- The main goal is for the Tzu Chi Foundation Philippines as the chosen charity, and the other reason is representation not just for Iloilo per se but Western Visayas. For years it has been an advocacy of mine to push my community to be in spaces where we are rarely seen.

My piece travelled from Iloilo City to Manila just for this Collaboration.

I hope this piece inspires my fellow local Iloilo Cake Artists to push boundaries and go out of their comfort zone. May this pave way for my fellow artists to be seen and to be heard.

Last Feb 25, our cake travelled from Iloilo to Guimaras Island for a special event---- A Celebration for Joanne's 60th Birthday.

Special request daw ito ni Tita na it has to be my Classic Moist Chocolate cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache since ito daw ang bukambibig niya ever since, ang matikman ito ulit .

Pero since this is a milestone, ginamit natin dito na frosting is Couverture Dark Chocolate ganache, under fondant.

Base cake is decorated with Edible Crinoline
adorned with decorative metallic balls.

This order came with 60 pcs. Cupcakes with Custom Edible Toppers.
