Last Feb 25, our cake travelled from Iloilo to Guimaras Island for a special event---- A Celebration for Joanne's 60th Birthday.

Special request daw ito ni Tita na it has to be my Classic Moist Chocolate cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache since ito daw ang bukambibig niya ever since, ang matikman ito ulit .

Pero since this is a milestone, ginamit natin dito na frosting is Couverture Dark Chocolate ganache, under fondant.

Base cake is decorated with Edible Crinoline
adorned with decorative metallic balls.

This order came with 60 pcs. Cupcakes with Custom Edible Toppers.

This cake is 8 inches in diameter by 8.75 inches in height. The cake is composed of Lemon🍋 pound cake with Blueberry🫐 Ganache filling, finished with white chocolate ganache under fondant.
Flowers and leaves are all handcrafted from sugar.
Edible moss is made of colored Dessicated Coconut.

The cake is also adorned with gold and pearl dragees. Other details includes edible gold paint and edible gold leaf flakes.
