Established in 1993, Sue's Cake Gallery was known for making customized cakes and offering party needs for all occasions. In 2011, with Wilda Wuthrich Usi as the new owner, it became a full-scale cake shop, offering a wider selection of delectable cakes to go, and creating more inventive artisanal customized cakes. In 2015 onwards, the cake shop expanded to 5 branches, this time offering a homey d
ine-in experience for its cakes & pastries. In 2022, it was incorporated into USI SWEETS INC.
11.11.23 marks the day for its rebranding to Suisse Cakery. Suisse (pronounced as โSweesโ) is the French word for Swiss. This is to honor and give a legacy to the owner's Swiss roots. The new name reflects more than just the heritage, but most importantly the values of craftsmanship, artistry, innovation, excellence, and unwavering dedication to exquisite quality, which were instilled by the Wuthrich forefathers. To this day, Suisse Cakery continues to pursue its vision to be a local brand that the Ilonggo Community can be proud of. Suisse Cakery commits to stand by its slogan: โWe put a smile on every occasion!โ
