Welcome to our bakery founded in memory of Chef Albert.

Chef Bitoy’s Bakery

is a bakery that serves residents and businesses with superior quality and freshly baked bread and other products. We evolve our menu to provide new offerings and are always eager to hear your suggestions.

Our bakery was created in honor of the late Chef Albert “Bitoy” Ledesma. Albert was an energetic and dedicated chef who first earned his credentials in the Middle East. In 2017 he brought his trade back to Iloilo to be close to his family. Here in Iloilo he quickly developed a name for himself.

Saddened, brokened and shocked to lose Albert at an early age of 35 we determined that we would continue to realise his ambitions by putting up this bakery. We have sought to reflect his values by working hard to satisfy our clients and by continuing to learn and to evolve. We feel that we are on the right track and hope that you enjoy our products.
