For four decades, this bakery built a reputation for reliable and comfort Filipino staple breads. Spotted! Cyril visits Theresa's Bakeshop located at 26M. Jayme Street, Jaro, Iloilo City.

The business primarily operated as a wholesale manufacturer, opening a dedicated commissary to supply major supermarkets across the Panay region. Around 2022, the bakeshop successfully rebranded and capitalized on the "𝘦𝘨𝘨 𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘱 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘸𝘪𝘤𝘩" food trend in Iloilo. Today, Theresa’s pairs its legacy baking with modern, healthy breakfast and lunch options.

The floor plan of Theresa’s is arranged with square, white-topped bistro tables paired with industrial, dark charcoal metal armchairs and matching low stools. Complementing the clean white brick tile aesthetic. Black-framed marketing posters can be seen across the place highlighting nostalgic Filipino bakeshop items including 𝘗𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘰𝘱𝘪𝘢.

There is an order station featuring a white marble-patterned front counter with glass shield enclosing the food preperation area. In addition, the menu is situated at the center indicating hearty breakfast and brunch comfort items.
