As a small business, every order we receive involves careful planning, preparation, and expenses behind the scenes.
When orders are cancelled last minute or designs are suddenly changed after materials and ingredients have already been purchased, it results in wasted time, effort, and money on our end. Many items are bought specifically for your order and can no longer be reused unless someone orders the same exact design which is unlikely.
We also kindly ask for understanding when it comes to our pricing. Our costing is based on quality ingredients, customized designs, time, labor, and the love poured into every piece. While we understand everyone has a budget, repeatedly asking for heavy discounts or low-balling small businesses can be discouraging and unfair to the work we do.
Please know that every order supports a small business, not a large company—and every peso goes back into keeping our passion and service alive✨
