We require a 50% down payment from first-time customers because we've experienced cases where orders were not picked up on time or remained unpaid. Since all of our pastries are freshly baked and made to order, we want to avoid having completed orders left unclaimed. We also have limited refrigerator space, so this policy helps us manage our orders efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
