The longer the fermentation, the better it is for your digestion.

At Sugarloaf, our sourdough goes through cold fermentation in the fridge for 12 hours on top of the 6-8 hours of bulk fermentation. 🥹

All our bread takes a lot of technique, patience, time and love that's why it's called artisan bread. Everything is made by hand with care and in small batches. 😘
