This week’s baking schedule is full.💚

We’ve always chosen to bake only what we know we can make well. We set our number, fill the list, and then we get to work. No need to squeeze in more just because there are more orders waiting.

It’s one of the things we love about doing this slowly and intentionally.

Since this week is already full, we’re opening the list for next week a little earlier.

If you already know you’ll be craving a loaf, bringing one home, or sending one to someone you love, you can quietly reserve yours with us ahead of time.

We’ll take care of the baking part.

That’s our bake for the week and we’re keeping it intentionally limited.

We’ve learned that the best way to keep every loaf soft, fresh, and made with the same care we’ve always promised is to control our units and not overproduce.

Less rushing. More care.
Less volume. More consistency.
Every batch baked with the same hands-on attention from our kitchen to your home.
